2026 Sacramental Programs

2026 dates and enrolment forms for Reconciliation, First Holy Communion and Confirmation are available for download

All enrolment forms need to be printed and filled in prior to the first lesson accompanied by the following:

  • A copy of Birth Certificate
  • A copy of Baptism Certificate if not baptised at OLHC Rosemeadow
  • Cost of $30 per sacrament paid in full on first lesson. EFTPOS available.
